Pros

Generous PTO policy, My mother thinks it's cool that I work for TIME Magazine.

Cons

There's absolutely no room for career growth here. You'll be underpaid, undervalued, and overworked. The company only cares about its senior leadership and c-suite employees. Pros

Super friendly people (not talking about C- level) Easy business model Good office location

Cons

Zero growth potential Top heavy, C-level leadership team that’s completely out of touch with todays landscape Low pay No backfill for anyone that leaves and work just piles on to everyones plate to figure it out A complete mess, operationally speaking with bandaid solutions
