      Pros

      Paid for my house and funded my business working for TIMEC. Also got my crane license with all there help.

      Cons

      Staying on top of all training and safety policies and procedures can be a challenge but critical to ones surviving a shut down or upset in facility.

      Who company is a giant click of predominately inept people who will run you into the grade while systemically taking credit .
