Pros
Small office with direct and frequent interaction with management team where everyone can contribute ideas. Flexibility of working from home, and reasonable expectations of working hours. Experimentation is not only encouraged, but is often a requirement when working out new ideas.
Cons
No career advancement due to small size- employees fill a role. No training or mentoring to efficiently learn and develop skills. Company is currently pre-revenue, so resources are constrained and pay is not great.
