      A lot of changes of strategies due to a startup mentality and continuous turnover of people that doesn't feel stable.

      Pros

      Intelligent colleagues just as frustrated as you are!

      Cons

      This company is a fraud masquerading as a packaging innovator. Product outdated, no quality control in process or production practices. Products are mostly fossil fuel based, competetion has 100% plant based. 100%+ staff turnover annually, no attempts at employee retention. Run!

      Fast paced, nowhere for bad employees to hide, exciting environment

      Not internationally in line with vision, terrible travel policy, squeeze the most out of employees before letting them go
