Work culture was very cliquey and toxic. Lots of talk of bullying and generally not a particularly hospitable team unless you managed to ingratiate yourself into a 'clique'. Otherwise felt quite exclusionary. Management were hit and miss regarding how reliably they would support you, and could create a tense or hostile environment. There was a culture of fear. No real chance for job progression.
