-The discount is only 10% -For the amount TJX Companies make, you would think they could pay the associates more than minimum wage - Most of the time other associates are lazy so you're stuck doing everything alone - Always understaffed - Mangers are rude and inconsiderate. One took a 15 minutes smoke break while I had a customer waiting for her - Scheduling manager always get our availablity wrong, no matter how many time we tell her
