      Decent pay for management. Five day work week during peak season. Offers same sex couples benefits. Good benefits and 401K program.

      Cons

      Higher Management picks favorites and promotes based on that instead of on job performance. Open door policy is for paperwork purposes only.

      nice break room, lovely employees and supervisors so far!

      Cons

      barely any hours for anyone, corporate is shady. lied about hiring (they put out a hiring table with business cards even though our store was NOT hiring and our employees were barely getting any work) and they are anti-union
