Pros

There is no pros that I can think of after a year and a half. Just another selfish company that treats its employees like crap while the rich CEO does nothing.

Cons

Favoritism and discrimination are the key words that linger throughout the night. The CEO makes 28.7 million a year but could care less about the employees that will be lucky to keep a roof over their head or even feed themselves. I have asked for hours for over a year, and still don't get hours. My pay is minimum wage and the management could care less. They keep hiring more people and lie to me telling me there is no payroll budget. Keep lieing Asheville NC TJMaxx, keep treating some employees like crap while you favoritise others. We watch you, we know what you are doing. The company spends more money on stupid signs that they put up in the break room saying "We appreciate our employees", how about a livable income. And yet they say they are raising the wage, why are new hires getting the new wage and the rest of us are not? You don't appreciate any of us. This company is no different than child labor of the early 1900s. Does the CEO care about that? Nope. She make all the money, why would she care. Just another slave labor job.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
