Pros

Coworkers were amazing. I got to work with caring and funny people. Managers recognize hard work and accomplishments Rewarded for good work, they set goals and match them with incentives. They follow through with rewards.

Cons

Discount sucks, though it does double every once in a while. Can get very messy (that's a typical retail thing). Very tiring when closing such a big and messy store. There were some periods where hours were cut and that can be frustrating (especially for those who depend on the job).

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
