Pros
If full time the health benefits are wonderful in that it is very low cost to employees and families.
Cons
This is hard work at very low pay. No wonder they can't keep the good employees. Don't keep the low producing employees just to have a body in the store as it only makes more work for those employees who work hard and are good producers and causes friction.
