Pros

No dress code. you Get to use creativity to rearrange your department's features. Customers for the most part are friendly.

Cons

The managers were always rude and disrespectul. Co-workers have no respect for each other. The work environment is self-damaging and i ended up in tears mid-shift many times. Hard for your true personality to come through because the managers always put your good mood down at the beginning of the shift. The open door policy is a joke. Very low pay for the expectations of the employees. Lack of communication between the managers They constantly messed up the schedule and scheduled shifts against availability. Posts schedules late. The managers clearly favor some employees over others and they end up with all the hours. Hard expectations to meet each shift. Time and effort into a project/department is never appreciated.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
