      They are ever growing and encouraging raising through the ranks

      Cons

      Poor compensation, not even fall time managers make a living wage. Over time is mandatory. Being scheduled 50hrs a week is normal. Assistant managers are constantly burned out.

      nice break room, lovely employees and supervisors so far!

      Cons

      barely any hours for anyone, corporate is shady. lied about hiring (they put out a hiring table with business cards even though our store was NOT hiring and our employees were barely getting any work) and they are anti-union
