Pros
There is a lot happening at TK Carsites, new ownership, the addition of policies and procedures and new roles/jobs are being added on almost a daily basis. This is a place where you need to be part of the solution and a team player that can adhere to some very fundamental core values. There is a lot of work to be done so it isn't all fun and games, but a laugh every now and then does take the edge off of some of the growing pains that are occurring.
Cons
As a result of the growth there is a lot of change so things seem to always be in flux and it's difficult to know what the latest is on any given situation within the organization.
