Pros

Great people to work with and work for. There were Fun incentives and lots of travel. I enjoyed my time at TLK Group.

Cons

In my experience at TLK Group, I really did not have any negative experiences other than the occasional repetitiveness of my position. However, that was to be expected in my industry.

Pros

Good pay if you meet high percentages.

Cons

1. Two weeks of terrible training. You get about one week of training on the computer system and then you're thrown out on the floor to sell without any real idea of how to build a package, what installation codes to put in. So basically, you will have your hand up waiting for a team lead for 5-10 minutes to build the package for you. Trust me, the customer can tell how inexperienced you are based on how much time you have them on hold for. Calls can range from 10 minutes to over an hour and a half. 90% of the time you're on a call you'll have no idea what you're doing. 2. TLK Group is KNOWN to never pay their employees the correct amount. This literally happens non stop. They will FIND a way to pay you less and then when you notice it, take forever to fix. 3. Management is horrible. There's only a FEW people on management or even the team leads that care about your success. They will just answer your question and walk away, and many times their not even giving you correct information. 4. They do not enforce policies and procedures. Almost ALL of the staff has their cell phones turned on and in their pockets. This includes management.
