Controlling owner, has no training procedures. Confusing work directives, Owner Makes derogatory comments of employees behind their backs. Loses his temper easily. Does not honor his word. If anything get it in writing or he will not honor agreement. You are safe in your job if you are related or are friends with the owner. Rotating door for drivers or operating owners.
