- Majority of the people overtime in the company. If you don’t OT they will be unhappy. - Pressured to complete task during the weekend and complete by the Monday. - Lots of politic issue - Stressful - Have MC but still get task to complete work when i return back to the office. - Work from home with MC but no pay - Get judge at the back - OT at home until 1am or 4am becomes a normal routine - Low pay - Mostly foreigners working - Bias
