Pros
TMC has a flat organisation. NOT too much bureaucracy. NO limits for the variable salary (this does not make it easy to achieve). FULL transparency on the Economics of the Employee and the Company. CLEAR budget for personal education which we can freely dispose (with a certain rational sense). CLEAR scope: Become an amazing place for engineers. Business of course matter, but technology and people matter more.
Cons
The business model it is amazing but it does need proactivity, ambition, autonomy and responsibility. Depending on the Country, you may feel to far from the Headquarter due to Project geography.
