Pros
• Nurtures an environment that facilitates go-getters to reach any level they want to be. • Great Management, which believes in letting you explore your ideas fully and implement them. • Open door policy – You can practically reach out to any level of management and express you views or discuss your ideas, ask for support. • Even if you fail at any implementation, you are not criticised, rather the management encourages you to learn from it and gives you another chance to re-do the same thing after applying your learning. This is something I had not seen elsewhere in my previous jobs. • Ample opportunities for self- improvement. Management has organized multiple training on emerging technologies and thus it is ensuring that all its IT resources are future ready and don’t become redundant in the digital age. • It is amazing to see that the India Head of IT, in addition to being a management guru, is also a tech geek. This is a boon for techies like me, as you can speak to him in your own “language” to explain things. • And the icing on the cake, great salaries for the IT people, much more than the market mean for similar positions.
