      Colleague willing to share knowledge & friendly

      Senior manager have limited knowledge in payroll, can’t help if have issue, the senior manager only know how to push staff everyday, she advise staff to reply email client in rude way & impolite way. The senior manager handle issue with not professional way and therefore cause the administrator very hard to manage relationships with clients.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
