      Pros

      TMF is a great place to gain experience and a foundation of knowledge. I've found after working at TMF that a lot of other employers are keen to snap you up. Some of the people are lovely and the staff benefits are decent.

      Cons

      The salary is NOT competitive. Progression is limited. Senior management don't really know what's going on in the various teams and are overly focused on figures, rather than prominent issues such as the incredibly high staff turnover...

We have also set up an internal communications team to better facilitate communication between management and employees which encourages sharing of opinion and insight through multiple internal channels made available on the intranet.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
