- management do not care about any of the staff, all they care about is the bonus that they will get, not that anyone else gets any kind of bonus.
-barely any director actually has a clue what they are doing! You have to teach and train yourself to do the job - then be criticised for doing it wrong.
-there is NO opportunity to grow, you will be stuck in the same job without any opportunities given to you.
-Nearly all the staff here are unhappy, I don’t think I have ever met anyone who enjoyed working at TMF, just look at the turnover in staff.
