      Pros

      Usually i would say your collegues, but even most staff are rude

      Cons

      Non flexible working arrangements, poor compensation at least 20%, senior management not experienced enough and clearly have favourites. No proper training budgets. Cheap with events, and catering.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
