      Pros

      Friendly co-workers and very interesting and wide-ranging clients.

      Cons

      Massive Turnover and replacements never come. A serious blame culture. Massively over-worked staff. The so called 'work-life balance' did not exist. Lack of proper training.

      The company has experienced some structural changes but acknowledges the feedback received from employees. Strategies have been developed to promote better work life balance and continue to review resourcing plans.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
