Pros
Decent location, covered parking, free lunches two days a week.
Cons
Just my experience, only a phone interview and asked to show up. Interview was more of a sales pitch to get you to show up and work for them. Salaried and expected to work overtime with no extra pay. Lack of qualified project managers. No guidance or training, just expected to hit the ground running. People run around in a bad mood complaining about the number of hours you billed for the day. One employee shared that they go through a lot of people and showed a framed note from someone who was there a week and wrote it wasn't "mentally healthy" to work there,
Management is impatient and offers very little constructive criticism. It doesn't matter if you've been there for one week, two months or a year, if they don't like you they will "can" you without warning and without severance pay.
I could sum it up in two words "sweat shop".
Your experience may be different I hope.
