Pros
Casual dress, generally understanding local management. Most people are friendly and easy to work with. Good compensation and pretty good and affordable benefits.
Cons
Can be long hours when business is good - very limited vacation time. Work/life balance could be better. Current layoffs is putting too much work on those still there and the best people are going else where. Dirty, dusty environment. Not up to date on current technology and best industry practices. Disorganized.
