Pros

Plenty of opportunities to increase your knowledge and skills with paid conferences and worshops. Options to work remotely.

Cons

Very toxic work environment, the executive director needs to be managed better by the Board of Trustees. While she is knowledgeable of most areas of the business, she does not handle pressure very well and that trickles down to the other directors and to staff. Plan to work late nights during board meetings and if she doesn’t understand an aspect of a report, it’s off with your head. One day you’ll be receiving a bonus and the next day you’re taking the blame for a director’s mistake and up for termination.

Pros

Pay is good,, (if you do NOT need their medical &/or dental coverage) Can work from home most of the time.

Cons

Mgmt is EXTREMELY criticizing with everything you do and say. They are constantly on your back, making you feel that your job is always on the line. They split hairs with any error you make. Mgmt believes "there is ALWAYS room for improvement",, which also means; "No matter how much you do, it will NEVER be enough". I was there for 12 years,, and they fired many of our best workers for what I believe to be, unjustified reasons. They also descriminate to show that they Don't descriminate. A very Woke company. They even removed Morning and afternoon breaks for over 3 months. A Very stressful management environment. I would NOT recommend anyone to them.
