Great place to work - Rigger/Driver TNT Crane & Rigging Employee Review

I really loved working here. Great guys from the very top down to my fellow co workers. Branch manager Jaymes was understanding and willing to support you and stop everything he was doing to engage and also remember things about our families things that are important. That speaks volumes in a leader. I really hated having to leave.

No cons everything was great I just had a life change and needed to adjust my schedule.

Big company with a plethora of locations and travel opportunities.

-Not all companies under the TNT umbrella are bad, but the Houston location is in need of help. -No career advancement plans, Bonus plans for the top level employees and not any of the salaried employees, -Decision making is based on expanding pockets of the top, while the workers are skipped come Bonus time. -401K is not great -Clear lack of company vision or direction -Performance is based on who you know, not the work output
