      Good people prior to 2021 Fun department

      Cons

      Brought in new leadership who lied to employees about what they were really doing. Hired people and lied to those people. All the time just getting company ready for sale. Unethical and immoral leaders.

      Pros

      Medical, Dental, 401K. Great team to work with. Excellent pay. Very diverse.

      Cons

      Long hours are required and vacation time is hard to get, even with prior notice. Usually 6 day weeks and sometimes 7. Not really a con in my opinion, however, these are some of the obstacles I had to address while being a team lead at the company.

      It's real hard to think of anything because any pro will probably be gone within the next year.

      Poor communications, poor management, frequent lay offs, treat lower salary employees like slaves (24/7 available status), treat hourly employees like thieves,
