Pros
Great software sales experience Chance to really network and build relationships with clients (Fortune 500 level) Opens door for future opportunities Great Product
Cons
Zero communication No structure or managment No incentive if you are an MVP Account Manager Environment of complacency and "doing the bare minimum" Payroll are kept as low as possible, so forget raises Unbelievably high turnover Once a year bonus, and most people don't make it that far Zero recognition Outside email access prohibited, which is completely counterproductive Issues/Initiatives/etc are brought up, but nothing is ever done once the idea is on the table MGMT doesn't manage, but are given entirely too much control over the company Cameras at each entrance to monitor employees Meetings are pointless as nothing is ever done and MGMT does not follow up President will always say he will pay for things to be done at the company, buts scoffs at you when you actually bring them up.
