Pros

People. Technology. Passion. Literally creating a new mode of transportation. It’s exciting and groundbreaking. And the people. The smartest people you’ll ever work with.

Cons

Leadership is going through some growing pains and they’re under pressure. That is making for some pressure underneath them. The restructuring has been painful and there’s a lot of change and therefore change exhaustion.

Pros

Working at Torc has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The technology we're building is genuinely world-changing — autonomous trucking has the potential to transform how goods move across the country, and being part of that mission makes the work feel meaningful every single day. The pace is fast, which keeps things engaging. There's always something new to tackle, and the environment pushes you to grow quickly. If you thrive on momentum and like seeing your contributions matter, you'll feel right at home here. One thing that stands out is the flexibility around work hours. It's clear that leadership trusts employees to get the job done without micromanaging when or how you do it. That kind of autonomy makes a real difference for work-life balance.

Cons

The fast pace isn't for everyone — be ready to hit the ground running
