      Nice plan of career, good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      The management is formed by utter incompetent people, most of them have no clue of how to manage a team and have a ridiculous technology knowledge. They have no idea on how to deal with schedules, or anything for that matter, it's pure and absolute caos.
