Business outlook
Pros
Flexible working hours, prioritises mental health, overtime pay is very well , working from home available, although now it is hybrid job role, managers are lovely , there is support when needed (not all the time though)
Cons
Barely any lunch break, late shifts can start at from 8-5pm and late shifts 12-9pm, calls can get very tedious when it’s a busy day no time to breathe in between calls and too much micro managing as they keep a look out for your AHT targets, it feels like you’re being watched constantly and get told off for being on comfort breaks when you need to go to the toilet for more than 7 minuites. Training is provided but you are learning on the job.
