So many cons. The 20 word minimum isnt enough for my lists. The number one con is the blatent politics with the company. If you arent butt buddies with upper management, its hard to advance or be put in other positions that don't require being on the phones or dealing with customers up front. The client demands (metrics) are unrealistic and unreasonable for the accounts I've been on. Recruiting is disorganized. Too many system changes and lack luster training. When an account closes you have to go thru the whole hiring process again and or bid for different ones. You arent always told in a reasonable time an accout is closing or contract ending therefore leaving hard working, poor families in a bind.
