Management is a joke. Promotions are based not on performance, but whether or not you run in the right circle.
The pay is sub-par, at very best.
Bonuses are promised and never received. some select roles (again, based on who you know) are not even eligible to bonus, while their direct counterparts are taking home more than double.
Benefits may as well be nonexistent, as they cost an arm and a leg and cover almost nothing
