Pros

You can get paid abouth 8000 MXN a month. You don´t require previous experience, some campaigns don´t require a great level on english, they are in need of many workers so you get hired easily. You can work from home

Cons

You might feel it consumes all of your life if you are a full time worker. I was suppossed to work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, but they are suppossed to give you 1 hour to eat, if you have a call that isn´t finished by lunch time, they don´t compensate nor replace that time, so you might end up working a little more for free. Also in some campaigns, it´s very emotionally tiring at the beginning, many customers are so rude, you can try your best to help them and even then, they might treat you as if you´re the worst employee they could have found

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
