Schedule for call floor agents is flexible, the center management is generally good. The benefits aren't bad, if you can manage to get to a position that offers them.
Cons
When you get stuck with a supervisor who doesn't know how to manage, you're generally out of luck. Expect to be treated like a disposable spoon while being underpaid for most of your time here.
