Pros

the ability to advance in a company in a matter of months is awesome. and the benefits of being able to work from home is a wonderful asset and of course they have a great referral program.

Cons

if a manager decides you are no longer going to work there, they will isolate you out and do things and tell you that you did this, and it is going on your record and there is nothing you can do about it. they will do whatever it takes to destroy your integrity and even when an investigation is done, they say no matter what this is going on your record as if you carried out the act, yet you just told me that you did not believe I did this. However, you are going to tarnish my record to have a scape goat rather than tell the truth.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
