Pros

- One of the call centers with the friendliest people around. Everyone in the rank and file is very helpful and approachable. - Supervisors and team leaders are generally approachable, even when it comes to personal problems. - Teleperformance Philippines might have the most applicant-friendly hiring process among Philippine call centers.

Cons

- Upper management usually considers front line customer service representatives as expendable meaning you need luck and assistance from a compassionate supervisor and human resource personnel if you want to get a second chance upon committing even the smallest offense. - Salaries and benefits fluctuate on a regular basis meaning whatever benefits and compensation you are receiving this month might be different from what you will be getting the next month, usually salaries are decreased and benefits are removed due to so-called ''cost-cutting measures''. - Policies on career advancement are quite rigid and inflexible unless you have a backer in the department you want to transfer to or your immediate supervisor helps you through the process. - Compensation and benefits package is lower compared to other call centers and even other accounts within the same company.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
