Pros

Cafeteria, gym, great chance for advancement to trainer or supervisor position, vending machines, dress up days, mini contests, bonuses, overtime. It's a good job for starting out but I would not make it a career.

Cons

Strict schedule, no phone policy, during your regular 8 hour and 30 minute shift, you get 2 fifteen minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch which does not give you time to go out to eat. Hourly pay is not enough; for the amount of things you have to do you don't get paid enough hourly for it. Turnover rate is very high!

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
