Pros

in this company you may maintain yourself if utterly incapable as long as you maintain a slave-like posture

Cons

Always aiming for the lowest quality, not accepting any quality or suggestion of improvement. People are seen as inanimate tools. hence capacities or talent are rather negative indicators then positive attributes. Management consists nearly entirely of former call center agents who simply never spoke up, hence are entirely incapable of any professional behaviour. Generally without any real professional experience (in any corporate organisation that requires any level of excellence).

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
