Unrealistic bonus opportunities, they want your calls to be under 270 seconds long on average, but whenever a taxpayer has multiple companies they need to make payments for you cant refuse them, and calls can last upwards of over an hour at times, which ruin your AHT(average handle time) and you get written up for it, on top of having other instances where you either wait for taxpayers to find their information, or they ask you to stay on the line while they attempt to reset a password and such and force you to raise your AHT even longer. You dont have access to the employee handbook or half of the employee resources as your computer is blocked from almost everything, If you try to access TP Training you can get in trouble as well since its "Not authorized", so sometimes you cant even do actual trainings.
You cant participate in any company activates that require being in microsoft teams after work as you are unable to access team from the work computer.
You are unable to view the internal job board while on the clock or off the clock as you are blocked from accessing the page
