      Pros

      Great opportunity, no favoritism. If you have good stats you get promoted. Pretty simple honestly just perform and you move up. Im with the ATT site and training is very thorough to a point. Good starting pay with amazing bonus opportunity. $11 hour with unlimited overtime and good bonus if you have the right stats. Fun friendly environment. You are literally making bank just being nice to people on the phone! Highly recommend you start before there are no more open spots left. Ogden Site

      Cons

      When you first start taking calls its almost as if your thrown into the ocean to see if you will sink or swim. Which can be slightly overwhelming at first but after about a week you're fine. Security is slightly extreme, security guards at both doors no pen/paper so you can't take notes which is a good/bad thing because it prevents fraud but if you want to write down important notes you can't. No phones which is fine with me. Not too many negative things.

      We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

      Some days calls can be back to back with no time to breathe

      Pros

      For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

      Cons

      Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
