Humana Customer service Campaign is horrible. They put me through a 3pm-11:30pm pm training for 10 weeks . After I graduated training, Me and about 11 more Co workers were told we couldn't work In humana's customer service department because we didn't have log in credentials (recruiting never had us on the roster to even receive login in credentials ). Hr Came in one day and said we had to transfer to humana Pharmacy or else we would be terminated. Now after spending 10 Weeks in Customer service training we spent another 3 weeks in humana Pharmacy training....ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS A SALES POSITION. WE HAD TO HAVE E AT LEAST 8 ENROLLMENTS A DAY. NOT TO MENTION OUR PAY WAS DROPPED FROM $10 AN HOUR TO $9 AN HOUR
Only 30 minute lunch breaks, no paid holidays, insurance is too high
