This company agreed to show up in a course as a guest speaker to speak about the role they are offering and they promised a “guaranteed interview” upon completion of a certain work from home course but they canceled twice and didn’t appear as a guest speaker then they tell the course provider that my interview is on the 5th of July only to cancel by sending an email to the course provider a day prior to the interview date and they rescheduled it to the 12th only to cancel a day prior again and then the course provider told me they have agreed to a solid date on the 26th to interview me but then the course provider Emails me the morning of the 26 to say they have canceled again! I have wasted nearly two months and this employer didn’t even have the decency to Email me directly to apologise about their utter lack of accountability and nonexistent organisation. They have nothing advertised about that particular job online and their excuse was because it is only exclusive to people who attend the course but that was not true because the course provider’s excuse was that they were overwhelmed by the amount of people they had to interview! Absolute untruth. They are an unreliable scam nonexistent company that claim they are a top employer in the UK but I have never heard of them prior to this course and most likely all the positive reviews on here are done by current employees for an incentive

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
