Pros

Nothing i thought the salary was good compared to other jobs in egypt but when i left i went to another telecommunications company i found out that the salary we got was almost half what i can get somewhere else

Cons

Very stressful environment/worst management ever/ they gave me annual on the third week during nesting and then terminated me and their excuses where several and all of them are stupid i was told by the boarding team that they terminated me because I didn’t meet the target even though we were told that we do have 3 months and after this period if we didn’t achieve the target they have the right to move us to another account but that didn’t happen and when i told them that they gave me another dumb reason is that the supervisor felt like i was stressed so she didn’t want to bother me!!! Like wth!! How is that place even calling themselves a company!! According to their policy in order for someone to leave they have to send an official email but i never did and I wasn’t the only one who they did that to/ i also didn’t get my kpi’s even though they said it was granted but i never got them i tried to talk to multiple HRs but no one helped at all

Pros

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
