Pros

Eating snack food and having water at your desk -- you bring your own. Coloring contests - - yes, seriously! A cafeteria with any sort of junk food you can want! Tons of overtime.

Cons

Very cliquey vibe. Employee suggestions seem to not take affect. Pay seems meager. You will regret having this job by month 3. Being treated poorly on a daily basis by managers/supervisors/whateveryoudliketocallthem seems to be considered "normal". Management seems to not take others' lives and emotions into account when placing us robots into our cubicles. YOU will want to slam your head through the computer monitor if you work overtime. While you can have water and snack at your desk, if you have any form of paper--including sketchbooks, money, sticky notes, etc. or any form of pencil, pen, marker, YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY BE FIRED. You MUST get 'wanded' by a security guard about 5 times minimum a day-- like a stranger/criminal out to get the company--that is just to protect the company from identity theft and just doesn't feel very appreciative of employees

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
