Pros

It’s a job that pays you every week….

Cons

• Communication is nonexistent • Most unsatisfying job you can find as a technician • On call is miserable for nurse call and fire, not worth the extra money. • Will not have job security, they fire people without cause and no care of family situations or financial situations at home. Instead of growing with people, they fire them with no warning • One person a month on average either Gets fired or quits. If you have a family and want job security, find another place to work! • Very toxic environment with no leadership. • Turnover rate is more than alarming!!! •Management is completely disconnected and inexperienced with dealing with people and situations management is supposed to know how to handle. • Company is in Survival mode with their door closed most of the time… Overwhelmed with years of being run terribly. With no end in sight. •Management is fake and out for themselves. • Operation managers have absolutely no clue what technicians do in the field and they openly say that they don’t want to know. • The app that is used for operations is terrible and there is no information For Technicians to be efficient. And absolutely no plan in place to make things better. • Fire technicians have to deal with salesman that schedule , that don’t have a clue on how to put technicians in a situation that they are prepared for. Salesman and operational managers do not get along and technicians get caught in between. Being set up to fail constantly.
