      100% REMOTE work Flexible schedules Excellent Health Benefits and PTO Great Co-Workers TEAM mentality with INDIVIDUAL contributions 40+ years in business Great management support (open door policy) Provides (computer) equipment you need to do your job

      None that stand out other than they're really starting to hone in on WHO is a good fit to work on specific teams - - which takes time.

      Pros

      Management team is truly committed to seeing people succeed. Growth opportunities are endless when you drive your professional development Culture has transitioned in my time with the company and is truly positive and encouraging. A lot of people say "The people are great," but I feel like we take that to another level. the people are not just great, they live our values and truly work hard toward a common goal.

      Cons

      Bonus percentages for non-commission based positions can use improvement. Bonus structure is good as it takes into account both qualitative and quantitative measures, but it is low bonus potential compared to my previous roles.
