Where to start? - Salary is a joke by European standards (1200 Euro per month for experienced Mechanical Engineer). - Zero leadership - No direction from management - No mentoring - Foreigners not very welcome - Zero chance for promotion - High attrition rate - Zero chance of raise (Negotiate your salary up front because it will never change). - Numerous projects not going well.
