Pros

You have the option of virtual work and, because there are offices across the US, it is easy to work hours that fit your schedule. Management is great. The environment is comfortable, and leaves you feeling free to openly report issues and suggest room for improvement without repercussion.

Cons

It's work...who wouldn't rather be at the lake or reading a book? The cons are the basic ins and outs of ANY office. When a company is more than a couple of people, there will always be personalities that do not mesh. It is also impossible to agree with every decision, strategy and procedure of an organization.

Pros

There were a few really wonderful and qualified people who worked at Travizon. However, they are being overloaded with way too many clients and not enough access to standard operating necessities (like a computer that works and a version of Microsoft Office that's somewhat current).

Cons

The salaries are terrible and they expect you to work crazy hours and pretty much be on call 24/7. The benefits are an absolute joke as well. They don't even supply you with pens and basic office supplies. Not sure where they are spending all their money, but it's not on their employees or their technology. If all their clients knew the amount of nasty spam that gets through the companies email server and "spam" blocker they'd think twice before they let them house their data. Scary stuff! The management team is dysfunctional as well.
